This is a large piece of genuine Monart Glass dating to the 1930s.
It is a lovely bulbous ovoid shape. The glass used to make this one is not as intricate as the other ones in my store. The glass on this is just a mottled dark aqua shade of green. There are no glittery aventurine or other coloured flecks.
The base of the vase has a raised typical Monart pontil. There is no paper label on this one. It has been priced to take into account, its simpler finish.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. My vase measures 4 3/4 inches in height, and 4 1/2 inches at the widest point.
