
This is a fine original pen and ink drawing by the Scottish artist Jane Hyslop.
Jane Hyslop studied at Edinburgh College of Art from 1985-1989. Her work is in many prominent public collections, including the Yale Centre for British Art, the Tate Gallery, the City Art Centre, Edinburgh, the Scottish Mining Museum, Birmingham Museums & Art Gallery, etc.
Jane Hyslop currently teaches Drawing & Painting at the ECA; with a special interest in Artists' Books and Printmaking.
This beautiful drawing is a very sensitive one and it is drawn with great attention to detail and skill in handling the pen. It is drawn on nice thick textured paper with a watermark or blind stamp in the bottom right-hand corner.
