This is an early 20th century Art Nouveau globular shaped vase designed by Annie Lyons for Royal Doulton.
The vase is stoneware and has a grey wash on the main body section - and with vertical stripes all around. There is a blue horizontal band around the neck - and this has stylised green almond shape leaves all around. There are four panels of grey and purple daisy type flowers around the top - as photographed. The surface has a shiny glaze over the painted decoration.
Dimensions: The height of the vase is 6 1/2 inches. The diameter of the rim is 3 3/4 inches and the foot is 3 1/4 inches. The diameter at the widest point is 5 3/4 inches.
It is in excellent antique condition with no damages. It is fully marked with the impressed Doulton mark on the base.
