Here we have a pair of Old Tupton Ware honey pots. They are a more contemporary production but the design looks back to more vintage ones - they are sweet little tableware items for honey lovers.
The first one has tube lining and vibrant Art Deco Style colours. It was designed by Jeanne McDougall. The design is called "Noon" and was obviously inspired by Clarice Cliff's Red Roof patterns. The lid has a big dramatic red flower on it - and little bee finial with yellow wings. The pot comes with its original serving spoon - so you can easily drizzle your honey over warm pancakes or pasties. The pot is in excellent condition and has never been used.
I am listing the pair at a low price of £15 each pot.
The second pot in the pair is a little older - and again has a tube-lined pattern on it - of lots of colourful flowers in a garden. Again, it comes complete with a ceramic serving spoon. The lid shows a blue sky with white clouds around the rim. A wee bee forms the finial on the lid. Again, in excellent condition and never used. Nice wee item to add to your honey pot collection. I have taken a lot of images for your inspection.
Both pots are 3 1/4 inches in height with a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The spoons are 4 1/2 inches in length.
