This is an exceptionally fine piece of Poole Pottery.
It was designed in the 1960s by one of Poole's finest designers, Carol Cutler.
It is signed with her initials on the base.
It a very unusual piece of Poole and I have never seen this shape before decorated by Carol Cutler.
The dish has a strange conical foot, as photographed.
The glaze on the dish is very shiny - and this has caused some white reflections on some of my photographs.
It measures 9 ¼ inches in diameter and has a height of approx. 3 ¼ inches.
It is certainly a beautifully hand-painted piece and a unique design with no condition issues.
The sheer painterly quality of this beautiful piece of Poole is reflected in my asking price for this superb piece.
