These old Cornishware storage jars always look great on display in your kitchen.
This is a nice large size and has an overall height of 5 inches and with a diameter at the base of 4 1/4 inches.
It is marked on the base with a black shield mark which dates it to the 1930s - 1950s. The word CURRANTS is printed under the glaze. The lid is original to the jar.
In good vintage condition - with no pronounced stains, nasty chips or cracks. Listed at a fair price.
I have a matching size with Sultanas printed on it.
