This is an earlier piece of handcrafted glass that was designed by Michael Harris.
It is part of his "Tortoiseshell" range for Isle of Wight Studio Glass. It is impressed with the "flame" pontil mark on the base.
This lovely squat bottle has a large ball stopper - and dates to the early 1970s.
It is about 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The height is 3 3/4 inches.
In great condition with no chips, cracks, or bruises.
It is now getting much harder to find these early squat bottles - especially with their original large ball stopper still intact.
