This is a vintage 1950s Scottish stoneware jug.
My lovely jug was made by Buchan Pottery, which was based at Portobello, near Edinburgh (now closed).
This decorative floral pattern of traditional blue and pink flowers.
A traditionally popular pattern in the Buchan Stoneware range.
The cute squat-shaped jug or pitcher measures 5 inches in height and with a diameter at the widest point of 5 inches. The handle to spout is 5 1/2 inches.
The weight unpacked is 700 grams.
It is in perfect condition with no damages.
