This is a lovely little Swedish Art Pottery bowl.
It dates to the 1960s and was made by Agge Ahlin - for the Visby Pottery, Gotland - as signed on the base and with an original paper label.
It is a very collectable piece of mid-century Scandinavian pottery.
A nice smaller size for display on your Scandi-modern furniture.
Dimensions: the diameter at the top is 4 3/4 inches. The height is 2 1/4 inches.
The exterior is an unglazed terracotta with random abstract black patterns.
The most beautiful mottled / streaky blue and pale buttery yellow glazes in the interior.
