This is certainly a very stylish paperweight to add to your collection.
It is one of two of these designs in my online shop - there are of course some minor differences between the two - with them being handmade.
It was made by the glass maestro at Caithness Glass, Colin Terris (1937 - 2006). This is a more minimalistic design called SEA DANCE. and it dates to 1983.
The weight has a dark brown (near black) base shaped like a flower - and from this rises a wee pillar shape with orange sprinkles and oodles of tiny air bubbles all over. Five air bubbles with tails fly out from the center towards the sides - and in the center a large floating single bubble.
It is of course in excellent condition with no damages.
The paperweight measures 2 3/4 inches in height with a diameter of 3 inches. The weight unpacked is 625 grams.
