This is a bit of a stunner and it certainly is one of the finest paperweights designed by the celebrated designer Colin Terris (1937 - 2006).
It is one of a planned edition of only 350 weights - which was closed at No. 249. It is certainly a nice large size with a diameter of some 3 inches.
This weight was made to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth and focuses on the stunning pink Queen Elizabeth rose. It is cushion cut with six viewing facets around the side. Fully engraved to the base - this one is No. 84.
This weight has always been an expensive one - and its issue price was set at £175.
It does not have its original box - but it is in fantastic condition with no condition issues - and a wonderful and hard-to-find addition to your collection.
