This is a lovely little group of small vintage Scottish Caithness Glass Paperweights. The four would make a great little starter collection of vintage Scottish paperweights. They are all made by Caithness and each has an emphasis on the inclusion of pink shades.
There four are smaller, pretty examples and listed at a very fair price. They are as follows:
A/ The globular one has a swirls of rose pink - and it is topped with a more grainy white swirls. It has decorative fluting around the base. It is called MISTY. Height: just over two inches
B/ The egg-shaped one is mainly clear. It has a speckled white ground and rose pink details and flumes. The weight has four large airbubbles. It is called MOONBEAM. Height: 2 1/2 inches.
C/ The tall teardrop shaped one is again mainly clear in colour. It has internal swirls of white and lilac. It also has decorative fluting around the base. It is also called MISTY. Height: 4 inches.
D/ The squatter teardrop shaped one has brighter colours. It has a large internal air bubble. Inside are swirls of purple and green. It has small controlled air bubbles all round. It is called MINOR CELEBRITY . Height 3 inches.
