This is one of two collectable 1960s Rorstand Stoneware Bamboo Vases in my online shop.
This is the larger of the two - the other one is a smaller size (size 3).
The vases were designed by Olle Alberius in the 1960s.
This larger example measures 6 inches in height and with a diameter of 5 1/2 inches at the widest point.
Unpacked it is 830 grams in weight.
Each of my vases is footed and has a mottled olive / grey- green glaze with darker brown areas around the bands and the rim.
It has full Rostrand marks and designer details on the base.
It is in perfect condition with no damages.
It is a perfect display piece of mid-century Swedish art pottery. Looks very stylish on a Scandi-modern bureau or cabinet.
