This is a fine continental figurine of a young nude lady or perhaps Amazon warrior.
She is shown riding on the back of a galloping white horse and holds a little sword in her hand. She is made of fine porcelain - her body is a nice matte bisque flesh tone. The horse is a glossy white colour, as is the oval base of the model.
A lovely size of display - she is about 9 inches in height, and width at the widest point is about 10 inches.
On the base is a maker's stamp which features a crown over a W and the date "1764" - there is also an impressed mark 1508. She is made in the early 1960s in Germany and is Art Deco in style.
Please note - this is an earlier, and much finer 1960s model - other versions of WALLENDORF PORZELLAN figures were later re-released in the 1990s.
There is a model number impressed on the base: 1056/ H.
As you can see she is finely modelled and has no damages of any kind.
Fair price for this fine and collectable vintage model. Unpacked she weights about 900 grams.
