This is a rare Russian Majolica Bear - with 3NK (or Zeke or Zik mark,), as photographed. It was made in the USSR.
I had two in my online store: both now sold.
This green sprig or foliage mark was only used by the Konakovo Faience Factory for a very short time: from 1952 - 1959.
The factory, the Konakovo (or Konakovskaya) Faience Plant, was sited near the town of Kuznetsovo in Tver Province - and was founded in 1809, making it one of the oldest in the USSR.

This cute little circus bear is shown playing with a big yellow hoop or tyre - the figurine is in perfect condition.
