This is a lovely vintage hallmarked silver oval pendant.
The stone is a polished red jasper agate. It has nice striations in the stone. The agate is set in a thick silver band, as photographed.
It has a large round bale - which would allow to change chains easily.
It is hallmarked on the top of the bale for the year 1976. It was assayed in London.
The chain is a silver replacement one - it is 18 inches in length and 2 mm wide.
It also is stamped with the maker's initials: but I cannot make out the mark - as it is rather small.
My pendant is in lovely vintage condition. It is 3 cm in length (not including the bale) and 2.4 cm. The length including the bale or hoop is 4 cm.
My lovely pendant would be sent to you in a simple black cardboard gift box - all nice and clean and would make a fine present - or even as a new piece for yourself!
