This is a very stylish piece of vintage Scottish silver - it is a unique designer piece marked with a hallmark - and with the maker's mark JVB - for John Neil van Bogerijen. The designer stayed and worked at Brodick on the Island of Arran.
A beautiful and very stylish piece by van Bogerijen - and this is reflected in my asking price.
It measures 6.5 cm in height and a width of 3 cm.
It comes with a nice long chain that just goes over your head - the overall length is over 25 inches. It is beautifully set with a large tiger's eye stone, as photographed.
In excellent condition with no damage.
It will be sold with a nice quality, simple presentation box - so would make an attractive gift.
