I love this big ceramic table lamp. It dates to the late 1960s / early 1970s.
It is quite a showstopper at 15 3/4 inches in height. It is 9 3/4 inches in diameter. The lamp has recently been rewired for safety - and has a nice long length of cable - some 3 1/2 meters.
It is a very substantial piece and weighs a stonking 2.4 kg unpacked.
It will certainly make a focal point in any mid-century interior - and with a large blue drum shade, it will be a fabulous statement piece! It is very modernist / brutalist in form and I love all the raised shapes - different on each side.

It is of course in perfect condition - it does not have a maker's name on it anywhere - but it is probably British in origin.
