This is a very attractive vintage Art Deco glass lamp shade.
It is not for use with a table lamp - but is a shade that you would hang from the ceiling as a pendant shade.
It is in fabulous vintage condition with no issues.
The shade is made of an opaque thick white milk glass. It is of globular shape with geometric raised patterns all around as photographed. This stepped decoration is very Art Deco in design - and adds excitement to what might otherwise have been a more simple shade.
The shade has a domed brass fitting / hanging fitment. There is a new (and earthed) brass bulb holder attached to the inside of the brass hemispherical fitting. There are little screws around the side of the fitment to allow you to loosen and remove the glass shade. The metal fitment is shiny and nice and clean. The whole shade looks just lovely and is without damages or condition issues.
Dimensions overall height including holder is 8 1/2 inches. The diameter of the glass shade is 7 1/2 inches. The length of the cable is 80 cm (you can shorten it easily for your own interior).
All ready to hang in your room. In the right interior, it will look simply stunning - a fine vintage minimalistic, geometric design.
