This is certainly a very beautiful paperweight to add to your collection.
It was made by the glass maestro at Caithness Glass, Alastair MacIntosh,
This one is called Elfin Dance and is CT-728. It is number 747 out of a limited edition of just 750 pieces. The production was fully subscribed. It has the etched edition number and title on the base.
This lovely weight has a crystal clear main body colour with a central pink plume - which is surrounded at the top by four oval-shaped air bubbles. Below - there are more green and white glass flat flumes or streaks - the base colour is a rich cobalt blue.
It is of course in perfect condition with no damages - and measures 3 inches in height, so a nice larger sized weight.
