This is a pretty commemorative Scottish paperweight made by Selkirk Glass - as noted on the etched inscription on the base.
It was made in 1981 and was issued to celebrate the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana Spencer.
It is fully inscribed with all details on the base.
It is a simple design - with a Royal Blue ground - which is inset with a circle of teeny weeny millefiori canes each with a tiny little heart inside.
In the center is a special cane which reads: C & D 1981. In the cane center is a pink heart and above is a wee crown
It is spherical in form with a faceted viewing window at the front.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
The height of this weight is just over 2 inches.
