This is a vintage powder compact for loose face powders. It has its original power sifter or mesh and a little powder puff. It dates to the 1960s.
It has never been used and It is in a like-new condition - so no hygiene issues with it.
The main body is gold-tone - and the top of the lid has a printed red tartan pattern (on card) which is covered with a thick clear plastic cover to keep it safe and clean.
The mirror inside the lid is clean and without marks or spots on the surface.
The diameter is 7.5 cm (3 inches). It is slimmer and would probably not hold a cream cake of powder.

My asking price reflects its age and its exceptional condition.
There is no maker's mark on the box or compact.
