This is a vintage powder compact for loose face powders. It has its original power sifter or mesh and a little powder puff.
It dates to the 1960s. It has never been used and It is in a good, clean condition - so no hygiene issues with it.
The main body is gold-tone - and the top of the lid is a cream-coloured enamel with a stylish decoration featuring abstract fireworks.
The mirror inside the lid is clean and without marks or spots on the surface.
The diameter is 7.3 cm (2 3/4 inches).
I have taken lots of images for your inspection. My asking price reflects its age and its exceptional condition. There is no maker's mark on the box or compact.
