This is a fine piece of vintage Scottish pottery stoneware.
It was made by Buchan Pottery, who were based at Portobello, near Edinburgh (now closed).
This lovely pattern is called Edinburgh. This is a harder pattern to source. This features a stylized abstract pattern of flowers. This is a traditionally popular pattern in the Buchan Stoneware range with a good mid-century modern feel to the design
