This is a harder to find Scottish stoneware jug. It was made by Buchan Pottery, who were based at Portobello, near Edinburgh (now closed).
This lovely pattern is called Edinburgh. This is a harder pattern to source - this features a stylized abstract pattern of flowers. I have other pieces with this pattern in stock on my store - postal discounts would apply - and indeed we can offer free Edinburgh postage.
This pretty floral pattern was a traditionally popular pattern in the Buchan Stoneware range with a good mid-century modern feel to the design,
Dimensions: The jug is 7 3/4 inches in height. It measures 6 1/2 inches from handle to spout. And has a diameter at 2 3/4 inches at the widest point.
