This is a lovely little Aldermaston Pottery miniature bowl, dating to the 1980s. It is such a cute wee thing - and so beautifully decorated with lustre glazes inside and in the centre two little fishes swimming around nose to tail.
It is a nice little item to add to your collection of fine British Art Pottery.
The Aldermaston Pottery was founded in Berkshire in the 1950s by Caiger-Skith and Geoffrey Eastop. Over the years the studio has been home and training ground for many fine British art potters.
The pottery is best known for its fine tin-glaze wares.
Height is just under 1 1/2 inches. The diameter is just over 3 1/2 inches.
Lots of other signatures and marks on the base - which I have photographed for you. I think that it is dated 1986.
It will cost £4.95 to send to you in the UK. This will be with Royal Mail Recorded and this will be applied to your order at the checkout.
