This is a sweet little miniature Staffordshire Figurine. These cute smaller ones are a bit harder to source.
It would have originally probably stood on a little fireplace in a bedroom or perhaps a servant's bedroom up in the attic.
Never an expensive item - it would have been for the more ordinary marketplace. Many of these smaller ones have been damaged or thrown away over the years.
My one probably dates to the early 19th century - so is now nearly 140s years old. It is a genuine ANTIQUE exampled and not a later reproduction
It is in good condition - there is a little flaw on the gentleman's hat, as photographed. This is taken into account with my pricing on this cute figure.
It measures 6 inches in height. With a width of 3 inches. It has a depth of 1 3/4 inches.
