This is a fine set of vintage 1950s / 1960s Edinburgh Crystal slightly smaller goblets or glass - which would be ideal for white wine or prosecco. I have another set in my store for red wine - these are slightly larger.
The Star of Edinburgh pattern is a classic one, first introduced by Edinburgh Crystal in 1948.
This is a matching set of six glasses. They are goblet shape and would be good for smaller servings of white wine or sparkling Prosecco - or perhaps for after-dinner dessert wines.
They each have etched marks on the base that were first introduced in 1955 - and these must date to around the 1950s / 1960s.
They are in perfect condition with no damage - indeed, they look just as if they have never been used.
They measure as follows: 6 inches in height. The rim has a diameter of 3 inches. The foot is 2 3/4 inches. When tapped they have a beautiful ring, which is a mark of quality.
I have taken lots of photographs for your inspection.
