The glasses are matching vintage Edinburgh Crystal Stemmed white wine glasses, They would be ideal for a smaller serving of white wine, dinner dessert wines, or a cheeky wee Prosecco.
They are the harder-to-source Braemar Pattern.
They all have an old etched mark that reads Made in Scotland / Edinburgh indicating that these are first quality. This mark was used by Edinburgh Crystal from about 1955 - until it changed in the 1980s.
All my glasses are in perfect condition with no damage. They have a lovely ring to them.
The glasses have a very busy pattern - the bowl section is covered with a network of criss-cross lines - and above and below a ring of polished oval facets. The stem has a fine shape. The foot has an engraved star on the base.
They measure as follows: 5 1/2 inches in height. The rim has a diameter of just over 2 inches. The foot is 2 1/4 inches. Unpacked they are 235 grams.
