This is a wee set of four antique teaspoons and a matching pair of sugar tongs.
The handle is highly decorative with lots of engraved Art Nouveau decorations on the front. The decoration is confined to the front of each handle. At the top there is a little light and hardly noticeable monogram on each.
All pieces are hallmarked for 1901, which makes them late Victorian or early Edwardian in date. They were made in Sheffield.
The sugar tongs of nips and have the same decoration on the arms - front and back, as photographed.
The spoons are 4 1/2 inches in length. The tongs are just over 4 inches in length. They are all nice items with a fair bit of weight to them.
