This is a vintage Sherry decanter or bottle label.
It dates to the 1930s and is made of white metal with a thin silver plate - the title plate is covered with bright Royal blue guilloche enamel (no losses or chipping).
This label is a later recreation of an earlier label - which was originally made in the 1820s Georgian era.
It measures just over 6 cm wide - and is just under 5 cm in height. About 14 cm including the chain.
It has an impressed mark on the back, as photographed: Made in England.
Condition: in good condition, perhaps with a little loss to some of the plate
HAPPY TO POST INTERNATIONALLY, PLEASE ASK FOR A POSTAGE QUOTE OUTSIDE OF THE UK.
The label will be sent in a little gift box to keep it safe in transit (and for your storage) - I would not want to pop in an envelope in case the enamel cracks.
