This a handy spare for you if you only have the cups etc. On offer here is this 1960s large coffee pot. It has a blue body with large white polka dots forming the decoration.
This pattern is called Jersey Blue and it was made by TG Green. They are best known for their blue and white striped Cornishware items.
This Jersey Blue design was created in the 1960s by Judith Onions and Martin Hunt. They both created a series of designs for TG Green and named each pattern after one of the islands in the Channel. This pattern with its large polka dots pattern on a Royal Blue background colour is named after Jersey.
The coffee pot measures 8 1/4 inches in height and is just under 8 inches from handle to spout. It is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is some light and fine crazing to the glaze. This is only really seen on the white area on the base. This wee issue is reflected in my lower asking price.
The pot will be carefully packed up and posted to you with Royal Mail Tracked (Small Parcel). This will be applied to your order at the check.
