This is a very collectible wall mirror with an integrated shelf by Pedersen and Hansen.
This is one of two very similar Danish wall mirrors that I have in stock in my store.
It is marked on the back with a stamp Made in Denmark - and has a quality inspection stamp on the top left-hand corner, as photographed.
The mirror has no Pedersen and Hansen label on the reverse: but the structure and the making and finish are consistent with their designs. I have taken lots of details for your inspection.
It is a beautiful mirror with a rich toffee-coloured teak frame. There is an integrated shelf below.
The mirror has no beveled edge around the glass - but this is reflected in my reduced price for this one. This was as the mirror was created. The original backing and original staples to hold the backing in are still in place. Both my mirrors have their original metal hanging hooks and a strong wire to hang it on your wall.
A fine mirror and love the shelf so that you can hold personal items in it for personal grooming etc.
Dimensions: The wooden section is 58 cm in height; 32 cm wide and with a depth of 11 cm. The mirror size is 45.5 x 28.5 cm.
It is a substantial piece coming in at 3.2 kg in weight.
As you can see in my photographs, it is very well made and a top-quality piece of small vintage 1960s Danish furniture.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no damages.
These Danish wall mirrors are highly collectable and this is reflected in my asking price for this fine example.
