This is a lovely vintage 1960s German porcelain teapot.
It is made of white porcelain and features a blue abstract pattern, probably created by the designer Hans Theo Baumann. This shape often is decorated with the highly collectable Eclipse Pattern.
I love the little raised section on the lid. You need to get a good grip on it to lift off. The teapot has a short spout for easy pouring.
It is in excellent condition with no damages.
Dimensions: The height of the pot is 10.5 cm (just over 4 inches). The diameter is 11 cm (4 1/2 inches). From handle to spout it is 10 cm (just over 7 inches).
