This is a lovely vintage model of a ram with its curving horns. It dates to the mid-1970s.
It is a fine piece from the Kosta Boda glass from the Zoo Series which features stylised animals. It was made in clear glass with a polished with flat back. This stylised ram or mountain goat was designed by Bertil Vallien.
In excellent vintage condition with no damages.
The figurine is just over 5 inches. The width is 4 1/4 inches and the depth is 1 1/2 inches.
The detailing and modelling are very detailed and certainly beautifully rendered.
