This is a great wee addition to your collection of antique Chinese export silver.
It is a miniature pepper pot in the form of a pagoda. There are holes in the roof for the expulsion of the pepper. The pot is filled from the base by the little hole capped with a screw-on cap, as photographed.
It is beautifully modelled and dates to around 1900.
The height is 3 1/4 inches (8.5 cm).
There are makers marks on the bottom which are think are WH90 (for Wang Hing) and there are also some other Chinese character marks that I have photographed. I have taken lots of images so that you can see all the details on this fine piece and assess its condition.
