This is a highly decorative piece of Victorian ceramics which dates to about second half of the 19th Century.
This is a more unusual flatback figurine which shows a Victorian couple standing on either side of a country well and are filling a big bucket with cool water.
This is a lovely rural scene with pastel colours - and suitable for a country cottage.
A nice size for display. It is in very good antique condition - with no damages or restorations. There is a tiny firing line (made in manufacture when the clay shrinks slightly) at the waist of the lady - as photographed.
My pretty Staffordshire figurine is being offered at a very fair price.
The model measures: 10 inches in height by 8 inches wide.
It is 1.6 kg in weight - so I would probably not be able to post this outside of the UK.
