This is a harder to find piece of Ruska pottery. It is a large bowl with a fluted rim made up of concentric circles. It is a rather large and harder to find piece. This bowl dates from the early 1960s and was designed by the celebrated Finnish designer Ulla Procope.
The diameter is 10 ¼ inches and the height is 2 ½ inches.
I think that it might be a fruit bowl - or just a fabulous decorative piece. It is made of heavy duty stoneware with a rustic mottled eggshell brown glaze. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
This is a great piece for a Scandi mid-century modern interior.
UK Postage only. It will have to be send to you with Royal Mail Medium Parcel due to its larger size and weight - of course if I can post to you cheaper then I will be happy to refund any postage ove rpayments.
