This is a beautiful vintage metal bangle designed by Michaela Frey for the prestigious company Wiener Emailmanufaktur, Austria (founded in 1951).
It is made of metal with a silver Art Nouveau decoration (very reminiscent of the historic gold Biba logo created about the same time - which design came first ?

It is a very interesting piece of Austrian jewellery design - and Michaela Frey's designs are highly sought after, especially in this fine condition.
The circumference measures: 6.1 cm (and is just under 2 cm wide) so a piece for a much smaller hand and slim wrist - or just to add to your collection to admire.
It is in excellent condition with no chips or losses to the painted surface - which is rare as often there are little losses to the enamels on these pieces.
A wonderful piece by this sought after jewellery artist - listed at a very fair price.
