This is another lovely vintage paperweight - made in Scotland, possibly by Vasart Glass in the 1960s. The glass dome has a more grey tone to the glass - rather than being crystal clear - this grey tone is often found in Vasart weights.
There is no maker's cane to be seen in this weight, and again this is consistent with what you might find in Vasart examples.
There is a more unusual black coloured ground, into which the millefiori canes are placed.
There is a central orange cane surrounded by a dusty pink and white rosette.
There are seven black and white twist ribbon latticino canes - with white, pink, and peppermint green millefiori canes in each section.
The diameter at the widest point is 2 1/4 inches and the height is 1 1/2 inches.
No damages or scratches to the glass.
Fair price for this fine vintage paperweight.
