These are three lovely pieces of vintage lead crystal by Ravenhead Glass. They date to the early 1970s and were designed by Alexander Hardie Williamson - who is probably better known for all the beautiful tumblers he designed for Ravenhead.
They take the form of large votive or candleholders - but are also so sculptural that you could just use them as sculptural decorations
They are from the company's "Flair" range and they look very Scandinavian in inspiration.
To me, they look like large flowerheads made of melting ice. The flower has six stylized petals that taper down to the short cylindrical base. The interior is smooth and shiny and the outside is textured, as photographed.
On offer here are the three pieces as photographed - all in perfect condition with no damage.
There are two larger ones - I would fill the central reservoir with water and float a little tealight on the top to decorate your Christmas dining table or interior.
The large ones - are a nice larger size measuring: 6 1/2 inches in height - with a diameter at top of 6 inches. I have these listed at a fair price of £25 each
The smaller one echoes the top of the large votive - but does not have the long cylindrical tube below
It measures: 2 3/4 inches high and with a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. This is a rarer example and is priced here at £15. So the total for the job lot is £65.
This is a bargain - as I have owned these for years - and the work of Hardie Williamson is still much neglected and long overdue for re-assessment.
I also have another three matching bowl from this range - these are available here under British Glass - postage could be capped for them all at £10
I would have to send it to you with Parcelforce24 and this would cost £10 which would be applied to your order at the checkout. The glass is very heavy and this pushes up your postage costs.
