This is a fine set of vintage 1950s / 1960s  Edinburgh Crystal tall goblets or small wine / claret glasses.

The Star of Edinburgh pattern is a classic one, first introduced by Edinburgh Crystal in 1948.

This is a matching set of six glasses - with their taller stem, they are a much rarer shape. They are goblet shape and would be good for smaller amounts of red wines or claret - or perhaps for after-dinner dessert wines.

They have etched marks that were first introduced in 1955 - and these must date to around the 1950s / 1960s.

They are in perfect condition with no damage - indeed, they look just as if they have never been used.

They measure as follows: 6 1/2 inches in height (the bowl is 3 inches). The rim has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The foot is 3 inches (larger than the rim due to these being higher). When tapped they have a beautiful ring, which is a mark of quality.

I have taken lots of photographs for your inspection.

Postage will be about £10 tracked and signed for. I can post the set out very promptly to you.

Sadly, it will be very expensive to post this outside of the UK - so no international posting.
