This is a highly collectable Stig Lindberg Leaf Pattern Bowl for Gustavsberg, Sweden
During the 1950s and 1960s, Stig Lindberg was one of the most prominent Swedish designers. Today, his work is highly coveted, and even simple pieces of his ceramics generate high prices.
This very stylish bowl has a very distinctive pattern - made up of stripes of different coloured leaves. This bowl is in excellent condition. It is shaped like a leaf or spear.
It is in excellent condition with no damage. It measures 12 1/2 in length and is 4 1/4 inches at the widest point - and with a height of 1 3/4 inches. It is fully signed on the base with Stig Lindberg's distinctive signature.
