This is a fine set of vintage 1950s / 1960s Edinburgh Crystal slender glasses or champagne flutes. Ideal for sipping bubbly winte wines.
I have two others set in my store for red wine and flat white wines.
The Star of Edinburgh pattern is a classic one, first introduced by Edinburgh Crystal in 1948.
This is a matching set of six champagne glasses.
They each have etched marks on the base that were first introduced in 1955 - and these must date to around the 1950s / 1960s.
They are in perfect condition with no damage - indeed, they look just as if they have never been used.
They measure as follows: 6 1/4 inches in height. The rim has a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. The foot is 2 3/4 inches. When tapped they have a beautiful ring, which is a mark of quality.
I have taken lots of photographs for your inspection.
I am listing the set here at a very fair £110 for the set. A good price for vintage 50s signed examples in perfect condition.
Postage will be about £10 tracked and signed for. I can post the set out very promptly to you. Free postage is offered in central Edinburgh.
Sadly, it will be very expensive to post this set outside of the UK - so no international posting.
The champagne flutes arrived within 48 hours - packaged carefully to avoid any damage. We are more than happy with the service and value for money.
