This is a lovely vintage Scottish paperweight. It is made by Perthshire Paperweights.
It does not have a P cane - but early 1970s Perthshire weights did always have a cane in them. It does retain its original paper label on the base.
It is a nice size - and measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter - and it is 2 inches in height.
The ground is a rich Royal Blue Colour.
It has a total of eleven short spokes at the circumference in red white and blue twists. There is a central rosette made up of the usual double circle of millefiori canes - mostly in very pale green-yellow and rose pink canes. There are canes in each section between the spokes.
It is in fine vintage condition for display - no chips, cracks or surface scratches.
There is a pontil mark on the mase which has not been ground down flat - this is often found on these vintage Scottish paperweights.
I have taken lots of images for your inspection - a lovely intricate old Scottish paperweight with no condition issues. It will cost about £4.95 to post to you with Royal Mail Recorded.
