This is a sweet little vintage toffee tin - dating to the early 1960s.
It is a rarer one made for the Blackpool company: Waller & Hartley Ltd.
The lid is in good vintage condition with no fading. There are no major scratches etc - except for the small one on the lady's forehead, as you can see in my photographs. There are no dents or rust. The interior is still nice and clean.
The tin has a hinged lid down the sides.
There are little abstract 60s snowflakes on two sides as decoration.
A little fat Snowman wearing a striped hat is seen singing Christmas Carols. He is joined by a glamorous lady who is dressed for the winter. She wears a big beige coloured coat and has a white scarf around her head.
But given its age - a really nice tin and pretty fine vintage condition.
The tin measures: 14 x 10 x 4 cm.
The scuffs to the base are reflected in my asking price.
The image on the lid displays beautifully. Any white marks are not on the tin - but are just reflections.
Nice collector's item, and a fair price for this lovely Christmas tin.
