This is a little job lot of tiny tins that hold tiny gramophone needles. All four tins are included in the listing.
They are as follows:
The Eldeen. Made in Great Britain from British Steel. It has a selection of needles inside. It is in good condition and still has the remants of a paper label on the lid. £10.
His Master's Voice: Yellow Tin with a picture of Nipper the Dog listening to a gramophone record on the lid. It has an old paper label on the inside stating it was sold in 1940 from Methven Simpson Ltd at 83 Princes Street in Edinburgh. It has its original black paper wrapper inside and a lot of needles. The base says: 220 English Gramophone Needles etc. Given its condition, provenance and being full of needles etc this is being listed at £15.
Columbia Soft Tone Needles Tin (yellow and red): It has its original black paper liner and some needles. It is a more common tin - so only £10
Columbia Semi Permanent Needles (Green) with some needles inside. Again listed at only £10.
This is a pretty lot of those wee tins - all in pretty good condition, as photographed. The price for each is a fair one.
They will be sent to you in a sturdy box - which will be classified by the Royal Mail as a Small Parcel. It will be a tracked service.
