This is a really beautiful Scottish stoneware pottery Harvest Bowl.
It is made by Tain Pottery (Highland Pottery) which is located in the north of Scotland, Ross-shire.
This is a lovely hand painted large bowl decorated with a pale blue plaid colour (Glenaldie) and pretty Scottish thistle heads.
It is a lovely shape with a diameter of 10 1/4 inches and a height of 4 1/4 inches. In pristine condition with no damages.
Made of stoneware - it is very serviceable and should last you many years - if not a lifetime!
It is certainly a statement piece - and you will never tire of this beautiful and highly decorative serving bowl. Fabulous for serving up vegetables at your Christmas dining table.
