This is a little group of four 1960s British plastic powder compacts.
They are all in fairly good vintage condition, as have taken a number of images for your inspection.
I am listing these at only £10 each compact. These plastic ones were more easily damaged and did not survive as well as the metal examples. These are all very much more disposable items from the 60s.
The lot consists of the following items:
1/ The white Fabrizi plastic compact with the gold leaves on the top. The lid screws off. There is no mirror in the lid (as designed) and there is a pressed cake of powder in the base. There is a vintage puff.
2/ The amber plastic coloured one. This also has a gold pattern on the top with the letter R for Revlon who made the compact. The lid is hinged and inside is a mirror in the lid - and a cake of pressed powder - this has been used. There is no puff. It opens by pushing up the little raised square on the front of the compact.
3/ The darker brown plastic one with a gold monogram of the letters AF (for Angel Face - the marker) on the lid. Details of production are on the base. Inside is a clean mirror in the lid, A puff marked Angel Fact - and a cake of pressed powder.
4/ The last one is in its original card retail box. This is Dessert Flower Corn Silk by Shulton. The plastic colour is an orange -brown marble effect with pink leaves as the decoration. There is a clean mirror in the lid, the original puff marked Dessert Flower - and a round paper label.
Please note that the powder inside of each compact is the original vintage powder - and as such it such not really be used by you. It is sold only as a collectable item.
These are listed at a fair price. It will be sent to you with a Royal Mail Tracked service.
