I am listing two pieces of these fine 1960s tableware designs.
This is the wee coffee pot - or it could be used as a teapot for a single person sitting - it is a nice heavy-duty piece - more like a stoneware. I have a larger teapot in my Iconic Edinburgh online store with the same pattern which would be more appropriate for friend's gatherings.
This pot, in this abstract fruit pattern, is certainly much harder to find and this is reflected in my asking price.
The teapot would probably hold two standard size cups of tea quite easily.
It is in lovely clean condition - and with no damages.
On each side of the post is a quirky and slightly kitsch design - with abstract fruits - with a large pineapple in the center of the design.
The lid is a rich claret colour and is again with no condition issues.
DIMENSIONS: 6 3/4 inches from spout to handle. The height is 6 inches. The diameter is 4 inches.
The weight unpacked is 450 grams.
Fabulous pot - in a harder to find stylish mid-century pattern - by the Denby Langley Company. Please also see my little coffee pot - or taller shaped teapot.
HAPPY TO POST INTERNATIONALLY, PLEASE ASK FOR A POSTAGE QUOTE OUTSIDE OF THE UK.
